PRODUCT RETURNS
If you need to make a return, keep these steps in mind for a smooth process.

14 day return policy
If it's an unused product, you have fourteen (14) days to ship the item back for a refund.

Contact us
Contact us right away about the product you need to return and tell us a little about why you're returning it.

Get a return number
We will then issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). We will not be able to accept any returns unless you have this number.

Ship back
Ship any unused products in original unopened boxes. Your refund will be processed after the merchandise arrives and is examined.
